For both Functional Fitness and Olympic Weightlifting, The Brave One allows athletes to sign up and follow in-house programming or individualize remote programming to have access to the facility to get their training done. With respect to the coach and the class, they will have priority over the equipment for that allotted time. Ideal for future legends and creating a overall healthy lifestyle. Training as a pre-pubescent into the adolescent age creates a strong foundation for kids as they move into more intense training. With proper programming, strict supervision and proper technique, kids will Increase muscle strength and endurance, Sports performance improvement, Better cardio respiratory function, Helps to protect the child’s muscles and joints from injury associated with other activities and Stronger bones. Depending on the age, classes will be split up into different groups.
